The project of Haikou Tower Residences includes: Two main residential towers of 180m and 270m which are attached to a podium of 4 levels above ground as well as four smaller residential towers located on the north part of the property within a landscaped park. Next to the tower`s residential functions the podium building contains private club functions, a small but exclusive hotel as well as luxury retail and entertainment venues catering to the high-end user of the complex.

海口大廈住宅項目包括：兩座180米和270米的主要住宅大樓, 分別位於地上4層的群樓上, 以及位於園區北部的4個小型住宅大樓內的園景公園. 在塔樓的住宅功能旁邊, 裙樓建築包含私人俱樂部功能, 一個小而獨特的酒店以及為該綜合體的高端用戶提供服務的豪華零售和娛樂場所.

In general balconies located north are reduced in depth to allow for optimized natural lighting whereas south side balconies are deeper for increased shading and there for reducing energy transmission into the building and in consequence to reduce cooling loads. Apartments differ in size from 175m² to 750m² (Duplex) in accordance to the project`s requirements.

總體來說, 位於北方的陽台的深度較小, 以便優化自然採光, 而南側陽台則更深, 以增加遮陽, 減少熱能傳入建築物, 從而減少冷卻負荷. 公寓的面積從175平方米到750平方米(雙層複式)不等來符合項目要求.
