富邦 A25
2020-current
The Fubon Xinyi A25 project consists of three buildings within a landscaped, shaded urban realm. The central 54-story, 265m high tower of 92,000 sq. meters (GFA) will accommodate high-end offices and on its rooftop a garden space with views of Taipei. To the east of the Tower, the 3-floor high Fubon. The Museum includes over 2,000 sq. meters of contemporary and modern art galleries. To the north of the Tower, lies the Pavilion of 1,970 sq. meters, accommodating retail and
services for the entire complex. The Pavilion and the Museum have a real dialogue with the Tower and are like «bookends» to the site. The landscaped gardens and more than 150 trees offer a shaded environment for the public to enjoy.
